Balance Holistic Wellness Retreat: Sacred Terms of the Journey 
‍Welcome, seeker of balance and beauty. The moment you submit your registration and place your sacred deposit, you enter into an enchanted covenant, one of mutual respect, trust, and understanding. Please read these scrolls of agreement with care, for they are the magical map that guides our shared quest through the landscapes of Peru and within yourself.

‍The Circle of Responsibility
‍By joining this journey, you acknowledge that Balance Holistic Wellness Retreat and its guides (herein referred to as “The Guides”) act as stewards of your experience, but not as conjurers of fate. Though we weave powerful intentions and prepare the path with devotion, there are forces beyond our mortal command.

You agree not to hold The Guides, their agents, or fellow allies responsible for any loss of treasure, personal belongings, or harm (physical or otherwise) that may arise due to the winds of fate - whether that be human error, misfortune, local services faltering, nature’s whimsy, or celestial unrest such as weather, strikes, political rumbles, or acts of war.

‍Shape-Shifting the Path
‍The Guides reserve the right - should the stars suggest it, or earthly conditions demand it - to alter the sacred schedule or change elements of the itinerary. Substitutions of guides, changes to the path, or reshuffling of planned enchantments may occur to protect the wellbeing and harmony of all who journey together. All prices whispered at the time of your booking are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, if extraordinary cosmic shifts occur (economic or otherwise), the final fee may be adjusted, always with transparency and fairness in mind.

‍The Vow of the Traveller
‍In choosing to walk this path, you undertake a noble oath:

- To disclose any known ailments or pre-existing conditions and consult your healer (physician) to ensure it is wise to embark on this quest.
- To accept this written pact before any services are cast into motion.
- To truthfully provide all information needed by The Guides for the manifestation of your journey.
- To study all materials and mystical instructions given about the voyage ahead.
- To prepare - body, mind, and spirit - for the physical and emotional energies involved.
- To honour the local customs, spirits of the land, and those who call it home.
- To tread lightly and respectfully through sacred Earth, leaving no trace but love.
- To honour the space, privacy, and peace of your fellow pilgrims.

If your energy becomes disharmonious with the group or poses a challenge to the wellbeing of others, The Guides reserve the right to gently remove you from the journey or portions thereof, always with grace and compassion.

‍Cancellations & Temporal Flow
‍The energy exchange (full payment) must be completed 60 days before our journey begins. Should your plans shift and cancellation is received 60 days or more before our departure portal opens, all shall be returned to you except the non-refundable deposit (£1500, due by 15 May, as noted). Within 60 days, the spell is cast and no refunds may be granted. We urge you - as a wise traveller - to procure strong travel insurance to shield your adventure from unexpected turns.

‍Winds of the Unknown
‍You agree not to hold The Guides responsible for losses due to accident, illness, delays, lost or stolen belongings, or the mystical collapse of transport providers (air, train, carriage, etc.), including insolvency or operational chaos. Your presence on this journey is a gift to yourself and the Earth. By stepping into the circle with intention, you agree to these terms not as burdens, but as the sacred bones of a beautiful and safe experience.

‍Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
‍This magical agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and where applicable, with respect to in-country services, the laws of the Republic of Peru. In the rare event of a disagreement that cannot be resolved through heartfelt dialogue, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action, unless an urgent legal injunction is required.

‍Force Majeure: The Will of the Cosmos
‍Should events beyond our earthly control (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, or other acts of the gods) prevent us from fulfilling part or all of our duties under this contract, we shall not be held liable. In such an event, we will seek, in good faith, to reschedule, adapt, or otherwise mitigate the disruption - but no refunds can be guaranteed if the situation renders performance impossible or unlawful.

Data Protection & Sacred Trust
‍In alignment with UK GDPR and Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733), any personal information you share with us shall be safeguarded with the utmost care. We use your details solely for the purpose of organising and delivering your retreat, communicating with you about your journey, and, if you consent, to share future offerings from our realm. We never sell or misuse your data. You may request access to or removal of your information at any time.
